Mass Attendance:
Families are expected to attend Mass weekly as parents are the primary catechists of their children.
First Penance/First Holy Communion:
Preparation begins in first grade. The Archdiocese of Miami requires two consecutive (school) years of faith formation classes before receiving the sacraments.

Parent Handbook:
All parents should thoroughly read the Parent Handbook to familiarize themselves with our policies and procedures.

All Classes
Classes are once a week for one hour and fifteen minutes and are available Monday through Thursday from mid-September to the end of April. Spaces are limited. Registration is on a “first come first serve basis.”
New students must submit a copy of their baptismal certificate to Hedalysa@skdrexel.org (the certificate should include the street address and the email address of the baptismal parish).

Registration for Religious Education will begin on June 6th, 2022.
